From being in the carport industry the last 15 years, i have intimate knowledge of the dealer and the customers pain. The big box manufactures take on way too many orders at any given time. Ultimately this creates a huge problem. They are not able to fulfill their commitments in a timely manner. Ultimately this causes great frustration to the end user. Inevitably the customer lets out their frustration on their first point of contact. Which is typically the dealer. Historically, neither the customer or the dealer have no control of the manufacturers schedule. And have no way in keeping the manufacturer accountable. The carport network aims to change all of that. Our service allows the dealers to access multiple manufacturers nation wide. Typically smaller business’ that aim to please their customers in a timely matter. The network holds the manufacturers accountable by tracking and rating their performance. If their performance drops below expected levels, They no longer have access to the network and no longer have access to orders.
